The program enhances students to access congregation-related ministries such as Christian education – Sunday School, Work among Youth and Women, House visits with the pastors, Hospital and Prison visits, involvement in Worship and Preaching during the four-year period of students. The rural and urban exposure program during their September breaks and the Internship program for a period of four months at the end of their third year of study and work in the slums periodically provide ample opportunity to have a guided experience in the work of congregations and other life situations that motivate them to learn and to serve, discover for themselves the meaning of the Gospel, and develop the essential sensitivity, ability and responsibility to lead others.
